Question: We entered our Balances Forward from our Trial Balance from old software. But now our CPA has given us adjustments which changes our balances forward. And we’ve already started entering current year data. Where do we enter the adjustments? Do we make a journal entry?

Answer:

Go back to the Chart Of Accounts window and simply edit your balances forward. 

Since it is your Balances Forward for starting with CHS, you do not need to go make a journal entry. 

At the end of current year and future years, if your CPA gives you adjustments at year end, you WOULD do those as a journal entry.
