Question: How do I delete a job from CHS?

Answer:

See diagram below for a list of tables in CHS that use a job code. All of these are required in a ‘relational’ database to produce a powerful job costing program. So, if a job is used in any one of these tables, it cannot be deleted without basically breaking the program. The first step is to purge your accounting records as of a selected date to get a job removed from your accounting books. Next steps are to remove budgets, POs, Vendor Bids, Change Orders, Draw Requests, Waivers etc., etc. for old jobs.
